Are you a people person? Do you love building relationships and making people smile? We are looking for a Patient Coordinator to be the "face" of our practice. We believe skills can be taught, but a great attitude is natural. If you are hard-working and ready to learn, we want to hear from you!
The Best Part? The Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday – Sunday: OFF.
- Yes, that is a 3-day weekend, every single week.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients with a smile and check them in.
- Keep our schedule full and productive.
- Help patients understand their insurance benefits and financial options.
- Draft treatment plans to help patients achieve their best oral health.
- Handle payments and insurance claims.
What We’re Looking For:
- Personality: You are outgoing, friendly, and a team player.
- Drive: You are self-motivated and take pride in a job well done.
- Tech: Experience with Open Dental is a huge plus, but we offer full training for the right candidate.
