Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and deliver an exceptional, positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments and optimize the daily patient calendar for maximum efficiency.
• Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct practice communications promptly.
• Maintain patient records and update personal/medical details in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Process payments, co-pays, and daily financial transactions accurately and professionally.
• Assist patients with insurance verification, benefits breakdown, and claims processing.
• Keep the reception area clean, inviting, and fully stocked with office supplies.
• Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a dental clinic setting preferred, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with dental terminology and dental insurance procedures.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer operations and dental practice management software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism: Sharp attention to detail and an absolute commitment to patient confidentiality.
