Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance coverage and explain benefits.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
Process patient payments and handle billing inquiries.
Handle phone calls and greet patients.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient care.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental or medical front office is required.
Proficiency with dental software, such as OpenDental, is a plus.
Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
