About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques across a variety of clinical procedures.
- Keep patients relaxed, comfortable, and well-informed throughout their visits.
- Work efficiently to support smooth patient flow and schedule management in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain clinical compliance, equipment maintenance, sterilization, and room turnarounds.
- Work collaboratively with team members to foster a positive, supportive practice environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience required.
- Licensure & Certifications: X-Ray Certification is preferred, but not required.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in four-handed dentistry, strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication, and strong multitasking abilities.
Schedule & Pay:
- Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour (commensurate with experience).
