Key Responsibilities:
Are you passionate about dental care and helping patients achieve their best smiles? We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist dentists during dental procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Provide patients with oral care instructions following surgery or other dental treatments.
- Record patient medical histories and maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid x-ray certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
- Experience taking impressions and pouring models.
- Experience assisting during a variety of procedures such as CR/SR fillings, crown/bridge prep.
- Ability to set up and break down operatories.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Experience with dental software such as Open Dental is preferred.
